Scituate youth soccer association is seeking two dedicated individuals to join our board of directors. The board is crucial in guiding the organization’s mission and ensuring the smooth operation of various programs. The first position available is for a Concession Coordinator. This role involves overseeing the organization's concession stands during events, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food and beverage services run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in customer service to enhance the overall experience for attendees. The second position is for a Competitive Coordinator, responsible for managing the competitive teams and programs within the organization. This individual will work closely with coaches, athletes, and parents to facilitate training schedules, competitions, and athlete development. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role to foster a positive and competitive environment.
